One word to describe Victoria Papageorge is Passion. You can hear it in her voice when she describes the aspects of your event. She lives for the experience – bringing your dream to life, within your budget; finding a way to make it all work. The Passion in selecting the most perfect venue, palate pleasing menus, classic linens and décor; coordinating transportation, set up staff and logistics. Even when dealing with unexpected challenges, the Passion is there, seamlessly creating solutions with little visual effort!

Victoria attended the New York School of Interior Design and she studied French Cuisine at Arney-le-Duc in France with Master Chef Monsieur Armand Poinsot and the wines of Burgundy region with Comtesse Michel de Loisy. This excellent education and an exquisite eye for detail earned her the title of the first female Catering Manager at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.

While working at the MGM, a VIP client stated “tell me when you open your own business, and I’ll give you my convention.” This statement of confidence has turned into 20+ years of life-long clients and friends who are considered family at Victoria’s Event Productions. The Passion that she gives to each event is shown to every client.

Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, executives and entrepreneurs. Victoria believes that all clients are our future. She cherishes that partnership and will continue to combine the best professionals in Las Vegas to create exceptional corporate meetings and events.
